OmniConvert is operated by Coast Solutions OÜ, registry code 17111927, Pärnu mnt. 139b-14, 11317 Tallinn, Harju, Estonia. By using OmniConvert you agree to these terms.

Service

OmniConvert converts files between formats. We provide the service as is and make no guarantees about availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Check converted files before relying on them. We may change or discontinue the service at any time.

Free conversions and credits

Light conversions (data, geo, developer, security, citation, encoding and subtitle formats) of files up to 5 MB are free and unlimited, subject to a fair-use limit of 30 conversions per hour. Image, PDF, document and font conversions, and files over 5 MB, include 3 free conversions per day, counted per IP address. Free conversions apply to converting on the website. Automated use through the API requires a credit token, and each API conversion uses one credit.

Further conversions require a credit pack. Credits do not expire, are tied to the token you receive after payment, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. Anyone who has your token can use your credits, so keep it private. A conversion that fails does not use a credit.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied, email info@coastsolutions.ee within 7 days of your purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. This does not limit any rights you have under consumer law.

Acceptable use

Do not use OmniConvert to convert files you have no right to process, to circumvent intellectual property protections, to overload or attack the service, or for any unlawful purpose. We may refuse service to anyone who does.

Your files

You keep all rights to the files you upload. By uploading a file you grant us a temporary licence to process it solely to perform the conversion you asked for. Files are not stored; see the Privacy Policy.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Coast Solutions OÜ is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring claims in its courts.
